These Terms of Use, together with Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), govern your use of Wheredrobe ("the app"). By using the app you agree to both.
Wheredrobe lets you photograph or upload an image, circle a clothing item in it, and search for real, shoppable listings that match it. Wheredrobe links you to third-party retailer pages to complete any purchase — Wheredrobe itself never processes payment for the products it finds, and is not the seller or merchant of record for those products.
Wheredrobe's search features require an active Wheredrobe+ subscription, purchased through the App Store as an auto-renewing subscription. Current plans, lengths, and prices are shown in the app before you subscribe; the required subscription information is summarized here:

Exact pricing varies by region and is shown in the app and in your App Store purchase confirmation. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your device's Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions — cancelling doesn't affect the current active period, which runs until it ends.
Wheredrobe surfaces matches from third-party retailers using automated visual and text matching. Results may be an exact match or a visually similar alternative depending on availability, and we don't guarantee accuracy, price, or availability of any listing. Purchases you make on a linked retailer's site are governed by that retailer's own terms.
We may suspend or terminate access to the app for use that violates these terms. You may stop using the app, and cancel any subscription, at any time as described above.
If these terms change materially, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
